The site informs; it does not contract
What is shown here introduces the services and the work. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a final price, or a commitment to carry out work. Any engagement between ZAHI and a client rests on a separate written agreement, and that agreement alone governs it.
The work shown
The photographs shown under “Our work” are from ZAHI projects. What carries the “Completed” tag is shown through photographs of a space that exists; what carries the “Design proposal” tag is shown through its 3D designs, not through photographs of construction. The distinction is deliberate: a design is not a building, and it is not presented as one.
The designs, photographs, text and mark on this site belong to ZAHI. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
What you send us
When you send a request or a message, you confirm that you have the right to use and share what you attach. What we do with those files is set out in the privacy notice.
Availability
We work to keep the site available and its content accurate, without that being a guarantee of uninterrupted service or of content free from error. Content may change without prior notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the regulations in force in the Sultanate of Oman.
